Webmin plays with the config files of programs it alters in nasty ways. I don't know the specifics, but both Ubuntu & Debian refuse to package it. Unfortunately (at work) there is nothing anywhere near it in features of usablilty, so we have to use it. Its ok, inthe most part, but you can't use it to setup a complex site.
