Hi James - Great job on trying to persuade the parents! On parents I always use the "No Viruses" approach -and highlighted how much money she (my mother) would save on buying anti-virus products. Then installed Extreme-Tux-Racer, and she's never looked back (I'll point out she's a mega novice, and when recommending it to her friends, refers to viruses as "pop-ups")
