I was surprised by this during the betas. I think that the only
explanation I found that made sense was that FF2 wouldn't be supported
by Mozilla for the lifetime of 8.04, thus it was better for Ubuntu to
punt with FF3 and rely on the upstream fixes from Debian or something.
