I had a similar error message and I was told to do :- sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread3/install-css.sh Norman -- ubuntu-uk@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-uk https://wiki.ubuntu.org/UKTeam/
