I'm currently trying to help get Moodle (and hopefully after that an LTSP installation) into a school that a work colleague's wife has just been asked to cover ICT on, so any help with political things would be ideal. I have offered to try and help support them as best as I can (although I do have a day job too). I think even getting Moodle in the door would be a start for them.
