I made the mistake of buying a pre-built system with a Jetway mobo from Aria a few months back. I can say that while it definately runs on Ubuntu I wouldn't recommend it. The machine kernel panics about once a week and I had to take out half the ram just to get it to recognise the hard drive. The ram problem is bios related and I'm still waiting to hear back from Aria after a month!
