Well, *my* 6502 Small-C was a TIL (Threaded Interpreted Language) based 
on FIG Forth and generated Forth 'words' interpreted by my 6502 Small-C 
BBC Micro language *ROM: 32K t'RAM were a lot when I were a lad ;-)
