I would suggest either borrowing one from someone, or buying one from
a place that gives you a "no quibble money back" guarantee. Some of
the Freeview boxes are seriously crap - really laggy in some of the
menus, flimsy remotes etc.

But yep, all Freeview boxes work the same - plug them into an aerial,
plug the box into your TV, load it up and click the autoprogramme
button (and then hope for the best) :-)
