Last time I found something like that it was a faulty motherboard which the temperature sensor was reporting the CPU (a Duron 700) was running at 199 degrees! I'd say they're fobbing you off somewhat. Funny, I remember the days when Evesham stood for quality. Does it not stand for that now?
