When trying to download the CD image from http://torrent.ubuntu.com/simple/gutsy/desktop/ubuntu-7.10-desktop-i386.iso.torrent the BitTorrent client immediately complains: “Problem connecting to tracker” and “urlopen error (111, 'Connection refused')”.
