Matt - No Degree (although working towards one in CompSci with the OU) - Technical Manager for an Open Source consultancy in Kent. As an aside, the main reason I'm starting the degree having worked in the industry for around 7 years is that a number of organisations will not look at your CV unless you have a degree. Rightly or wrongly, this remains the case (personally I value experience and knowledge over pieces of paper!) so when it's time for me to move on from my current role, I'll hopefully have that magic paper that says I know what I'm talking about!
