That makes sense, yes. For the future I would like to announce the meeting more formally. This would probably be a copy/paste of the mail I sent for this meeting, and also would have a distinguishable [ADMIN] subject. Attached to that could be an ics. Would that be sufficient? Alternatively I could attach it to a specific page on the wiki which people could subscribe to.. would that work? Cheers, Al.
