There is no imposed protocol, more an implied one. It's also useful for LoCo to LoCo contact. There are over 200 people in the UK LoCo team. I don't think it should fall on the head of one person to advocate and promote Ubuntu use in the UK. We should all be doing that as a matter of course. The PoC might just be able to help co-ordinate in places, or maybe liase with other groups (like LUGs) to help where they can. I guess what I'm saying is the PoC is both constrained (given its name) in remit but also flexible in that the person should be able to adapt to situations that come up.
