Andy, It will be for up to 10 users, on a new dell poweredge 1900 with 1.5TB drive, quad core processor etc so capacity is not a problem.
Features; moving away from an exchange box and were planning on using just imap however I would like to check out what other options are out there on the kolab side etc, so really looking at mail, contacts and calendars. I use horde at work (as it's used by the Univesity of Manchester internally too - to give you an idea of it's scalability.
