60C is only showing at bios...but when im in ubuntu it tells me im running at 28-31c. Im using a media centre case ..it has two 80mm case fans and a third fan which i cobbled in to pull more air out...which it does...because my bios temp used to be 65c and now down to 60c...

You may wantto look at the man page for the sensors command and also its config file /etc/sensors.conf. There is a whole host of stuff in there to dowith how it converts the values from the M/B sensors to real numbers.28-31 seems low to me.
