I've noticed this recently on the BBC News site.  The quality of the 
written English has deteriorated noticeably in the past 6 months or 
so... improper use of apostrophes seems to be a particular issue within 
the BBC Newsroom...

ps. since when was offering audio in Windows Media format something to 
brag about to somebody complaining about disenfranchising those not on 
Windows?  I don't think Mr Carey had even bothered to think before 
writing...
