OK, To kick off/demo the usage of launchpad as our storage/development medium I uploaded the leaflet I made originally to a branch of our leaflet project.
To upload your stuff to launchpad you'll need bazaar. I wrote a tutorial on using it a wee while ago for anyone who isn't familiar with it: http://www.justuber.com/blog/2007/04/25/how-to-use-bazaar-and-launchpad-for-hosting-your-code/ So, basically - if you wanted to create a new branch following the non-techie-user-leaflet blueprint, you'd type the following **after working your way through the tutorial above**: bzr push sftp://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/~ubuntu-uk-marketing/ubuntu-uk-leaflets/non-techie-user-leaflet To learn how to pull that code down to your computer so you can work on it, or merge your own changes into it take a look here: http://doc.bazaar-vcs.org/bzr.dev/tutorial.htm I think we could do to track changes in text by uploading a plain text version of the leaflets too. I didn't have time tonight to muck about with it though. I must admit, I'm no expert with bazaar and I'm guessing it'll take us some time to get used to, but all in all I think it'll be really helpful in the long run.
