There is a report for a Dell Latitude D820, but it seems to have a
different hardware spec from the one you're looking at as it mentions
use of nvidea graphics drivers:

Intel graphics cards are usually well supported as Intel releases their
own drivers, I'm not sure about the wireless card though. Luckily with
ordering things to be delivered to you (I'm sure there is an actual
term for that but can't remember it ATM) i the UK you have a period of
time (I think either 7 or 14 days) to change your mind for any reason.
So you can send the machine back if anything isn't supported (or if you
decide you don't like the colour...).
