I started with an install of Kubuntu 7.04 (iirc, using the upgrade tool, not sure) and have just used adept package manager to install ubuntu-desktop
The gnome session which is produced is Edubuntu, NOT Ubuntu. Edubuntu-desktop (!) As much as I like Edubuntu being available generally I only want ubuntu for these sessions.
