/me shrugs, nor me really. The people behind the last proposal wrote https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MarketingTeam/SpreadUbuntu - basically proposing a site to help marketeers spread ubuntu. I've just came across http://diy.devubuntu.com/ which seems to be the implementation of that idea, it's hosted on launchpad so should be open to contributions. Speaking of videos it'd be nice if your "installing ubuntu" screencasts were linked to from http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu or something.
