I've been away and am full of anticipation because I have bought a second hand laptop and am just waiting for Ubuntu to be installed on it- so I expect soon I shall be boring you all with my inane questions and poor mail presentation. My laptop is more powerful than my desktop to I shall be able to play more I hope. I really love this list and have learnt loads so thanks to you all. AND I am looking forward to taking my laptop out for friends and family to play on so that they can be tempted into the OS den.
