I was just thinking that if this is an etiquette that users new to mailing lists are to have thrown at them, we don't want to make the rules so complicated or difficult to follow that they are put off. On the other hand we do want users (new and old) to follow some guidelines. I was basically asking about getting the balance right. Maybe it's best to leave it as it is and I'll crawl back into my hole:-) Regards, Tony. -- Tony Arnold, IT Security Coordinator, University of Manchester, IT Services Division, Kilburn Building, Oxford Road, Manchester M13 9PL.
