I have e-mailed a colleague where I work (a radio station in Exeter) with regards to such an install day although after sending the e-mail I considered that since the radio station I work for is in competition with BBC local and national radio it might not go down so well, but since its for a worthwhile charity I could be wrong.
Are there any ideas for a date for an install day? Since 17th is a Friday I wonder if 18th would be a good day for it in 3 Saturday's time as it gives time to arrange publicity for such an event (and finding a location).
