Well ShipIt are not going to ship Edgy - the licenses of the software are (better be..) fine. The issue would possibly be that it's pre-release - but the day before and day of release is pretty close..
I think on the day of release we NEED to have Edgy on the stall in some form. The day before may be being out-of-order, I'll take guidance on that from Jono or whoever.
Btw - do we know what Ubuntu/Canonical are doing at the expo - it might be good to avoid duplicating effort.
