Good Morning Well we are now less than 7 days to the Show and we have a few things left to gather.
What we have now got for the show are 1. Ubuntu CDs in flavours of Ubuntu, Kubuntu, EduBuntu, Ubunute-MAC, Ubuntu-64bit 2. 25 Polo shirts ( more on this on the wiki if I can be left alone enough to post it ) 3. Stickers and Flyers 4. 4 T-shirts ( okay 3 Tshirts ... I coudnt help myself .. sorry ! ) 5. A4 Flyer Display Stand 6. Ubuntu Flyers hand outs. 7. Some speakers ( two to date ) 8. Some technology Demo kit from Alan Helmore-simpson( by way of Paul Sladen ), Alan Pope and Nik Butler 9. Exhibitor Badges are ordered.. these will be chased but will most likely be available on the set up day ! 10. A Senseo Coffee maker if someone can locate a Senseo Water tank to go with it ( yes ill pay for it ! ) What we need to do next. 1. A few good A3 posters in Colour for the Stand. I may raid the fridge on this 2. Stationary ( I've asked my Client whom does stationary to provide some paper/pens and folders ) 3. Money Box and Float details for monies from the show. 4. any other ideas. To my mind there are now two critical points here 1. Setup day for ensuring the stand is populated 2. First day ensuring we know what we are talking about My personal plan it to fit everything into two 84L Really Useful boxes ( http://www.poohstoys.com/ruboxes.htm ) to keep things all tidy. I cant think of anything else to post on other than I really want to be able to have some posters and to be able to take orders for other schwag later but thats all I can think about.
