You might want to try the drivers here... http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/ Yours is in the HSF family (it's a "softmodem", or "winmodem" as they are often called - relies on software provided as part of Windows to make it work in normal circumstances). In my experience, often the simplest option is to simply buy a second-hand external modem which should work "out of the box". But best of luck anyway.
