I am asking just out of interest as an upstream maintainer.
Why do you do Ubuntu-related translations? What is translated?
Aren't there upstream projects that manage their own translations, like
I do for "backintime-common" and "backintime-qt". And you just copy the
package from the Debian repository?

The desktop installer translations are spread between multiple
components and manged via weblate:

The language-pack translation deadline is Thursday next week
(2024-10-03) [1], so there is still quite some time. The deadline for
non-language-pack translations is Thursday this week.
