For some languages, where "Ubuntu Software" previously was simply
'translated' to "Ubuntu Software", we have assumed that "App Center"
should be translated to "App Center" and made those changes. Uploaded PO
files with such modifications are:
cs.po da.po de.po es.po gl.po it.po ko.po nl.po pt.po tr.po
zh_CN.po
Please check it out, though. We may have made mistakes. :/
