Thanks for pointing that out. I submitted a fix for it on
https://github.com/canonical/ubuntu-advantage-desktop-daemon/pull/7 and
uploaded an updated template to launchpad (it's not imported yet but the
translatable string should update in a bit)

That's a service which will be used in the incoming LTS (and probably
SRUed to older series) to handle UA subscription, for example the
enabling of the livepatch service in software-properties.
