Hello! My name's Aliaksandr (Alex). I and my mates have recently recreated a 
Belarusian Translators team (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-by) instead of 
the old inactive one. Most of the current members come from the successful 
Telegram Translators community and have relevant experience. We've got all the 
required privileges on Launchpad (Rosetta) from one of the previous admins.

We've been acting for nearly a month already and have successfully translated 
and tested gnome-calendar package. We continue tranlating Ubuntu, of course.

We're happy to announce that:

- we've established a clear set of rules and standards, as well as a glossary, 
which is almost a thousand terms long by now

- we've established a convenient channel of discussions on Telegram

- we've set up additional tools to make translations super-easy, more 
homogeneous and less error-prone.

Currently we're building a small website which is going to help persuade more 
people to participate and to serve as a useful tool for us.

I'm not sure about the current status of a team Coordinator for Belarusian. 
There were 3 admins for Belarusian translators team on Rosetta and we were able 
to get reply only from one of them(mitra...@tut.by), who is not currently 
participating in translating/coordinating activities. He said he is not against 
if I continue to lead the team instead. I'd like to become a new Coordinator 
and I've studied the responsibilities here:

Please let me now what I should do next. Hope we'll work nicely together to 
build high-quality Ubuntu localizations.
