Well, since you use Linux Mint you are on the wrong bug tracker. This
bug resource is for Ubuntu and official Ubuntu flavors.

To report a translation bug properly, you typically need to figure out
to which program/package the missing translations belong. Since you are
new to Linux, I'd advise you to first seek help with that in some Linux
Mint support forum. I wouldn't be surprised if you find out that it's
mostly MATE specific components, and that translations of those are
handled upstream (<https://mate-desktop.org>).

Thanks for pointing out these missing translations, and good luck!

Title:
Bug 1964703: Linux Mint Mate 20.3 German edition missing German
  Translations

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hello,

this is an addition to Bug 1964703.

I'm using Linux Mint Mate 20.3 64-bit German edition.

I have opened most of the standard programs and tools after the
installation and have looked at their setting options. So I have found
a few setting which were not translated to German. The complete list
is added to this mail as a text file.

If you need further informations please send me an answer mail. I'm a
  new user of Linux.

  John Bertram
