Thanks for your interest in translating Ubuntu into Ganda. However,
there is already a LP team with a more appropriate name:
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-lg
It uses the language code lg instead of lug, which is consistent with
the language code used in Launchpad:
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/focal/+lang/lg
And Ganda (not Luganda) seems to be the established name of your
language in the Linux world.
So I would suggest that you join that other team. Once you have done so,
I'll be happy to approve it.
