You have been subscribed to a public bug: The current Welcome translation says "Tervetuloa NearBy-laajuuteen", which is incorrectly using a non-comprehensible and wrong translation for scopes. It should be "Tervetuloa NearBy-näkymään" to be consistent with the rest of the system.
I'd also vote for translating the untranslated scope name so that "NearBy"="Lähellä". This would make the welcome text "Tervetuloa Lähellä-näkymään" and have the "Lähellä" text as the title instead of NearBy. This translation has been agreed with the top two Finnish translators of Ubuntu Phone.
