While installing some software in Software Center, a dialog pop up and
say "To install or remove software, you need to authenticate" and it's
not translated into zh_TW or zh_HK. According to bug#655642, this is
related to aptdaemon and should have been fixed, but it is still
happening with Ubuntu 15.10.
