I think, standard sizes are 7'' and 10.1'' for tablets. Phones has different sizes. I saw 3'', 4'' and 5'' phones. Resolution 800x480 is good for phones but too small for tablets. Now, models has resolutions 1280x800 for 10.1'' and 1024x600 for 7''.
