i just got the -lowlatency one, and i just installed the 2 main packages and didnt use the one that had dependency issues... the -realtime one is older anyways, and i think abogani said he needed to wait on something upstream before making it... im finding great performance with the -lowlatency in natty, at least comparable to -realtime in lucid... just grab the 2 other .debs there and dont worry about the other one...
