Hello, I'm trying to use Ubuntu Studio with Jaunty and my 828 mk2 from Motu. I know that Motu doesn't want to create a driver for linux and I was waiting a distribution with generic driver already installed (ffado). the installation was very simple the boot was OK. just a problem of Graphic driver (Nvidia 180.44) : with NVIDIA setting panel, When I configure both screen in the display configuration I use TwinView and when I try to save my new config a error message appears : " Failed to parse existing X config file in etc/X11/Xorg.conf" Concerning audio, When I launch ffdao-mixer, here is the message " Somehow the connection to the bus service ffado couldn't be established " I try to configure raw1394 with System>Administration>ubuntu Studio Controls, but It change nothing... So I need help on this, is there a way to configure ffdao driver with ubuntu Studio ? Regards, Thank you for you work!! --
