It sounds like the user may have had a non-standard version of libuv
installed that interfered with the upgrade of bind9.  Asked for
additional logs and clarification.

I spent some extra time on this and other mysql apport bugs, clarifying
titles.  (Lena may want to go through and dupe up some of them as I
think we're seeing repeats of known issues).

However, this one seems a bit unique, as it's getting an error,
"Transaction for mysql.service/restart is destructive" that I don't see
in other bug report logs.  That said, I think this might be just another
case of the "slow shutdown of old mysql breaks new mysql startup" bug.
In this case, I notice the system is an ASUS laptop which may not be a
hardware form-factor mysql is really optimized for.

Since we rarely get further feedback from reporters, I didn't bother
asking the user any questions, but left my thoughts/speculation for when
Lena gets a chance to take a look at it.
