I'm keeping an eye on this; I want to see if 3.4.5 gets released before
FF, but will probably give it only another week or two.  There is also a
svn snapshot in experimental, but I don't want to pull that.

Lots of cherrypick fixes between -2 and -7, and exim4 is an easy merge.
