Ubuntu 12.04 Cloud Archive support of OpenStack releases Folsom,
Grizzly and Havana will end on July 31, 2014 as outlined in the Ubuntu Cloud
Archive support schedule:

If you using the Ubuntu Cloud Archive for OpenStack support on Ubuntu 12.04,
please upgrade to the Icehouse release to continue to receive security
updates and important bug fixes. OpenStack Icehouse will continue
to be supported for the duration of the 12.04 LTS release.
