The bug really should have been fixed. In the past dnsmasq conflicts
were known to cause this, and those are fixed in bug 928524. So I'm not
sure what's causing this for you.
Could you please report a new bug using 'ubuntu-bug lxc' so we can try
and figure out what happened?
