Meanwhile I had installed Ubuntu: As the unity desktop is not my thing I installed Xubuntu again and found two reasons for the time leaks in the syslog, but not at the same starts of OS.
1. Setting of IPv6 in the networkmanager. I set it to 'ignore'. 2. NTP Server in 'ntp.conf'.
