Quite the same problem : from a system with 10.04, I try to copy files to another system with 12.04 with rsync. Always errors, because it's not permitted to write in the new folder rsync as created. And all these folders appears locked with nobody nogroup owner. To remove them, I must use a terminal and sudo rm
