I am seeing this here as well. After seeing the comment by Serge above, I took a look at this. Here is what I did, and I propose that anyone who is experiencing this problem should probably do the same:
rm /etc/ufw/applications.d/dovecot-common The reason is that you already have these rules in the dovecot-core file, so you are simply eliminating the old duplicate by doing this. I suspect that in my case this arose because the machine in question was upgraded from a Lucid installation to Precise, so would have had an older package in place from before. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to dovecot in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/937040 Title: Duplicate ufw rules installed by dovecot packages To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dovecot/+bug/937040/+subscriptions -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
