Thanks Mario. Just FYI, libmysqlclient-dev will give you libmysqlclient16-dev all the way back to lucid, so you can really drop libmysqlclient16-dev completely. libmysqlclient15-dev is only relevant for hardy, so I suppose for backports to hardy you'll need to keep that one.
