Hi I've been looking at cgroup bugs and I suspect that you have a multicore/hypterthreaded system which is experiencing a symptom of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libcgroup/+bug/693594 could you try giving the default group some realtime priority (e.g echo 950000 | sudo tee /sys/fs/cgroup/cpu/sysdefault/cpu.rt_runtime_us ) and then seeing if you still have the problem?
