Fixed for me using: touch /etc/apparmor.d/disable/usr.sbin.libvirtd and then reboot. Also had a non-existent CDROM defined under the "Details" section which I removed. I don't think it had anything to do with the original problem. I removed the file created above and rebooted and things were back to broken. I re-touched the file and rebooted and things were working again.
