This bug is present in 11.04. CIFS mounted with wifi network connection hangs forever on shutdown. Wired shuts down fine. For what it is worth, liinux mint 10 gnome on the same machine, same network identical CIFS mount in /etc/fstab does NOT exhibit the failure. Mint is using a symbolic link from umountnfs to K15umountnfs, while 11.04 has it linked to S43umountnfs.
