Binary package hint: qemu-kvm
This issue exists with a recently installed 10.04 (lucid) system with
all packages fully updated as of today.
I installed a new Windows 7 guest on "localhost (QUEMU)" which was then running
fine.
Once I attempted to restart the guest, I expected the guest to start up but got
the followingerror popup:
"Error starting domain: monitor socket did not show up.: Connection
refused"

Restarting the system or the kvm-qemu service does not work and the
config files do not seem to be corrupted.
