from the computer that i sent you those pictures from I did a redo on all the folders though it did not nor doest have an issue finding things from my net-book my net-book still cannot find them at all. which it did at one time i also tried reinstalling the samba from the net-book through synaptic this enclosed is smb.conf from the net-book. the weird thing about all of this is it worked flawlessly up until about a week before i sent this bug
